Deutsch: ehem. Naturdenkmal Stieleiche, Bad Säckingen-Wallbach

Aufgrund der mangelnden Verkehrssicherheit hatte sie zum Teil gefällt werden müssen, die 120 Jahre alte Kastanie vor dem Feuerwehrgerätehaus in Wallbach.

Zurückgeblieben war ein Baumtorso. Und genau dieser kam am Dienstag zu besonderen Ehren: Der Baumtorso wurde vom Technischen Dienst und der Stadtgärtnerei Bad Säckingen mit dem Schild "Habitatbaum" versehen.Quelle: BZ
