Description
English:
Level crossing at cemetery. Cemetery was opened in 1797 on a hill of sand far west of the city, and since then the city has caught up with it. Its main entrance is from the east, with the inscription ~"We will rise again" above it.At the beginning of the middle, wide road, on a pedestal, a statue of Christ. It was erected in 1896 and was made in the workshop of Antal Gerenday. Behind it is the funeral home, then in the middle, at the highest point of the hill, the Calvary-style, romantizing, neo-Baroque style cemetery chapel built in 1852. - Vég Street, Csongrád, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.
