Off-Road prepped VW Type 181 "Thing" edit

Description Desert Off-Road prepped VW Type 181 "Thing" seen at the MORE ORAF 400 Off Road Race, May 26, 2007 at Johnson Valley, California. This car has the factory floor pan and body shell, but the suspension has been modified to work even better than the original pieces. A roll cage has been added to protect the occupants and strengthen the chassis for the pounding of hard off road use at speed. Some would include this in the category of "Baja Bug".=
