View of the Huaisheng Mosque and minaret in Canton, China. This mosque was built in 627 AD during the Tang Dynasty (618-907) and is the oldest mosque still standing in China. It is one of four ancient Islamic temples in China, having been rebuilt or refurbished several times over the centuries.
