Description
Deutsch: Blick von Süden auf die Front des Hauses an der Steigstrasse 3 in Balgach. Das gemauerte Kellergeschoss ist weiss verputzt und hat in der Mitte eine Türe, rechts davon ein Fenster. Die Stockwerke darüber sind ein getäferter Holzbau, wobei die Tafeln unter den Fenstern der beiden ersten Etagen mit Bildern von Pflanzen (z.B. Maiskolben) bemalt sind. Es führt eine steinerne Treppe links am Haus hinauf zum Haupteingang im ersten Stock. Das zweite Stockwerk ist auf dieser Seite über den Eingangsbereich hinaus ausgebaut und wird im vorderen Teil durch eine Holzsäule getragen. Über den Fenstern im zweiten und dritten Stockwerk ist ein Vordach angebracht, auf dessen Unterseite ein Spruch und in der Mitte (im unteren Band) ein Pflanzenornament aufgemalt ist. Das dritte und vierte Stockwerk ist bereits im Dachgiebel.
