English: The former St. Charles Hotel (also referred to historically as the St. Charles Block) at 4722 (originally 116-22) Ballard Ave NW, designed by Theobald Buchinger, was built in 1902, with August Meyer as proprietor. It is currently used as a warehouse by Ballard mini Storage.
