Español: Bandera de Comercio adoptada por el Supremo Gobierno Mexicano, ppor decreto del 3 de Julio de 1815, dado en Puruarán por el Supremo Congreso; la descripción oficial es la siguiente: Un paño azul celeste de las dimensiones anteriores, Orlando de blanco, de seis pulgadas de latitud, y colocada en el centro de una cruz blanca. Los gallardetes de los mismos colores que las banderas.
English: Commerce Flag adopted by the Mexican Supreme Goverment by decree given in Puruaran in July 3rd, 1815.
