Summary edit

Description

Banks Street Flooding. Flooded street in Mid-City New Orleans from long severe rain storms.

"Here's what it looks like on the 4300 block of Banks right now. Normally you'd see a sidewalk there. (Hard to take a decent picture in the dark. I boosted the light levels here. Funny how the water looks like pavement.) At its deepest point the water is maybe knee-deep on a short person. "
