Construction: 1894. On remarque que le bâtiment en grès rouge d'Écosse, a conservé son aspect d'origine quoi qu'il ait perdu quelques ornements au niveau des pignons de la toiture. Des aiguillons ont été retirés. Comparatif de 1900-10: www.flickr.com/photos/urbexplo/5402856704
