DescriptionBarry Wilmore attired in a training version of his EMU spacesuit.jpg |
English: A fisheye lens was used to capture this image of NASA astronaut Barry Wilmore, Expedition 41 flight engineer and Expedition 42 commander, attired in a training version of his Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) spacesuit, as he is submerged in the waters of the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) near NASA's Johnson Space Center. Divers are in the water to assist Wilmore in his rehearsal, which is intended to help prepare him for possible work on the exterior of the International Space Station. |
