English: Batt's Brook valley. Looking across the field shown in 689972 from the stile which takes Doddiscombsleigh Footpath 2 onto a bridge across the stream, which follows the edge of the woodland on the left. The wood is a southern extension of Morley's Brake. The trees in the centre beyond the sheep are those casting the shade in 689971. The footpath climbs the steep hill on the right by following the far side of the field boundary of trees and bushes. |
