English: Breech presentation seen on MRI. The bladder of the mother is visible through the uterus from above, as the concave bright-enhancing structure above the pubic bone. Amniotic fluid within the amniotic sac lies above it, also brightly enhancing. The bladder and stomach of the fetus are full. The legs of the fetus are facing to the right in the uterus (left-hand side of the image), with the vertebral column to the left. Deutsch: Beckenendlage in der Magnetresonanztomographie. Man erkennt die Blase der Mutter (helle bogige Struktur) von oben durch die Gebärmutter mit dem Fruchtwasser (auch hell) eingedrückt. Die Blase des Kindes ist voll, so auch der Magen. Die Beine weisen nach rechts (von der Mutter gesehen, also linke Bildseite), das Rückgrat ist links zu erkennen. |
