English: Beckenham Junction. Beckenham Junction is a railway station on lines from Kent to London Victoria. The station was opened by the London, Chatham and Dover Railway (LCDR) on 1 January 1857, originally as the terminus for the line from Lewisham; it became a junction on 7 July 1858 when the Bromley Junction (north of Norwood Junction) - Bickley line was opened by the LCDR. It is also a terminus for Tramlink route 2 to Croydon. |
