Summary

Description
English: Beehives, Romer Wood near Greatmoor These beehives lie just off the west side of the bridleway through Romer Wood. They do not seem at first glance to be well maintained, but there were bees around a number of the hives. There were also a large number of raised tables with a square of bricks on the top spread throughout the clearing, but the purpose of these is not known. Incidentally an application in 2006 to introduce clay pigeon shooting in Romer Wood was turned down by Buckinghamshire County Council.
