Summary edit

Description Carrie, the leader of the Gypsy Horizon asked me to photograph her dancers at the Forest Fair in Girdwood, Alaska, in July 2009. How could I say no? The stage was made of sand and dust - interesting to shoot with since the dancing kicked up dust, forming a low level cloud. The dancers had great outfits, did some very interesting dances, and was a hit with the crowd. All in all, a very good show.
