English:  : Hauszmann building (1899). Former (partly) kindergarten and suburban rail waiting room. - 1 Bem Sq., 13th district, Budapest.
Magyar:  : Eredetileg két saroktorony koronázta a tagolását tekintve historizáló épületet, amelynek szecesszióba hajló díszítése a térre néző homlokzaton a mai napig megmaradt. Itt lakott Győry Loránd, a József főherceg által 1919-ben kinevezett Friedrich-kormány földművelésügyi minisztere. De a ház nemcsak a lakhatás célját szolgálta: volt itt óvoda meg HÉV-váróterem is. Építész: Hauszmann Sándor. Építtető: Holtzspach András és Fiai. Építő: Hauszmann Sándor. Építés éve: 1899.
