Description
Nederlands: DUSSEN – Op zondag 25 februari werd er een Benefietmiddag georganiseerd onder de titel ‘Samen voor het Kornhuys’ in de Koppelpaarden in Dussen.

Het Kornhuys is een kleinschalige 24-uurs woonzorgvoorziening in Dussen aan de Korn voor de doelgroep van kinderen en jongvolwassen met een complexe lichamelijke en/of verstandelijke beperking. Eind april opent dit woonzorgproject haar deuren. Negen jongeren met een beperking wonen daar straks op een werkelijk unieke locatie. Om dat alles mogelijk te maken is de enthousiaste inzet van zorgmedewerkers van Stichting Prisma, vrijwilligers, mantelzorgers, familieleden en vrienden onmisbaar. Buiten deze inzet is het Kornhuys ook afhankelijk van financiële ondersteuning bijvoorbeeld voor de inrichting van de gezamenlijke verblijfsruimte en de tuin.

Om dit prachtige particulier initiatief te ondersteunen werd op 25 februari een benefietmiddag georganiseerd. Het was een event met entertainment, heerlijke stamppotten, een spectaculaire veiling en bijzondere gasten zoals Marianne Vos, Johnny Gold, Wim van den Heuvel en Harry Hens.

In totaal is er deze middag 18.016 euro opgehaald.
