Deutsch: Das Riesenkopfbecken im Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe von Kassel. In der Nische links steht der griechische Meeresgott "Triton" und rechts der "Zentaur". Mit ihren Hörnern geben sie das Signal der Wasserkünste. Das Tönen wird wie die Fontäne durch natürlichen Wasserdruck erzeugt. Man hört es bis weit unten im Park. In der Mitte speit der steinerne Kopf des Giganten Encelados seinem Bezwinger Herkules eine zwölf Meter hohe Wasserfontäne entgegen. |
