Description
Deutsch: Mietshaus Wikinghof am Erkelenzdamm 13-14 in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Das Gebäude wurde 1912 von den Architekten Heilbrun & Seiden erbaut. Ein Gewerbehof im hinteren Teil des Grundstücks stammt von Kurt Berndt und datiert auf das Jahr 1899. Der Wikinghof ist als Baudenkmal gelistet. Außerdem gehört er zum denkmalgeschützten Bau-Ensemble Oranienstraße.
English: Residential building Wikinghof at Erkelenzdamm No. 13-14 in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The building was constructed in 1912 to a design by architects Heilbrun & Seiden. A small businesses court in the rear part of the lot is by Kurt Berndt and dates to 1899. The Wikinghof has been designated a historic landmark. It is also part of the protected historic buildings area Oranienstraße.
