English: The Betschart Building at 1315 Elk Street in Bellingham, WA. Built in 1902 by Joe Betschart, the second story was added in 1908 re-using the same cornice. The building has housed saloons for most of its life, originally the William Tell Saloon and more recently the Beaver Inn. |
