Four storay building. Planned (the one storey building) by István Wind. Built to Lajos Radocsay in 1873. A green inner garden and a special atmosphere can be kept in the house. Actress Erzsi Palotai and literary historian Aladár Komlós moved into the fourth floor of Bezerédj Street 19 after the war. There was a BM kindergarten, a goose insole factory, and in the yard of the house there was a well-kept garden with an ornamental fountain. Today, statues adorn the green oasis, next to which there is even a carpentry workshop. - Based on the house history exhibition '150 years of history': 1873: the one-storey residential house is built according to the plans of István Wind; 1878: additional buildings completed; 1908: Bezeréd(j) becomes i; 1909: second floor built, 1911: Samu Herbst's 'Institute of Reproduction Art' - printing house and metal label factory (street signs, house numbers, etc.) moved in, between 1922 and 1927: the third and fourth floors were completed; 1931: Bezeréd(i) becomes j /Street/ again; 1944: yellow-star house; 1946!?: gets shot; 1949: Turns in his phone (moving in?) Négyemelete lakóház. Tervező (első emeletig): Wind István. Építtető: Radocsay Lajos. Építés éve: 1873. A házban zöldellő belső kert, különleges atmoszféra tartható. Ide érdemes betérni és töltekezni a rohanó hétköznapok után. A Bezerédj utca 19. negyedik emeletére a háborút követően költözött be Palotai Erzsi színésznő és Komlós Aladár irodalomtörténész. 1943 előtt volt itt lúdtalpbetét gyár és más vállakozások is, és a ház udvarán gondozott kert állt, díszkúttal. Később BM óvoda is volt Ma szobrok 'mérges maszk' és 'korsós nő' (megj. szerintem a 'korsó' egy bölcsességszarúra hsonlít) díszítik a zöld oázist, ami mellett még egy asztalosműhely is rejtőzik. Lakók: Késmarki Árpád zenetanár; Herbst Samu 'chemigrafikus' /~nyomdász/; Ramberger Jámos aranyozó; Pray Valér gyógyszerész, Komor Ignácz 'czífestő'; Weisz Mártonné túróárus; Rosta Gizella színésznő; Szerdahelyi Lajos borügynök (borkereskedő?) - '150 év történelem' c háztörténeti kiállítás alapján: 1873: megépül az egyemeletes lakóház Wind István tervei alapján; 1878: elkészülnek a kiegészítő épületek; 1908: Bezeréd(j)-ből i-lesz; 1909: megépül a második emelet, 1911: beköltözik Herbst Samu 'reprodulciós műintézete' - nyomda és fémcímkegyár (utcanévtáblák, házszámok stb.), 1922 és1927 között: elkészül a harmadik és negyedik emelet is; 1931: Bezeréd(i)-ből újra j-lesz; 1944: csillagos ház; 1946!?: belővést kap; 1949: beköteti telefonját (beköltözik?) Komlós Aladár és Palotai Erzsi; 1953: beköltözik Vera néni a ház legrégibb 2023-ban is élő lakója; 1956: a forradalom végnapjai együtt töltik alakők a pincében; 1967: 'Mocorgó' filmet forgatnak a házban, 1970-es évek: KKV? (megj. nem IKV? Ingatlan Kezelő Vállalat) kezeli a házat lebontják az ipari épület(rész)eket, eltünnek afolyoső vászonképei és a kerti díszkút is; 1970-es évek: Belügyminisztériumi 'BM ovisok' az udvarban (megj. talán udvari épületben?); 1993: Dénes János közös képviselő idejében megkezdődik a felújítás és területvisszafogalalás a BM-től; 1990-es évek végén megnyilik az asztalosműhely az udvarban; 2023 május 13. kinyít a ház a Budapest 100-on - Info: budapest100.hu/house/bezeredj-utca-19/ Budapest100 2023.
