Español: Según Ovidio, Biblis se enamoró de su hermano gemelo, Caunus, que rechazó sus avances por miedo al castigo de los dioses. Laurent Delvaux, nacido en Gante, retomó el mito a través de una escultura en mármol, creada circa 1733, que actualmente se conserva en el Bode Museum de Berlín.
