Description
Deutsch: Diese Wohnhausanlage wurde aus den Mitteln der Wohnbausteuer in den Jahren 1926-1927 von der Gemeinde Wien unter dem Bürgermeister Karl Seitz erbaut.

Um dem großzügigen Hilfswerk der Stadt Biel ein dauerndes Denkmal zu setzen, wurde am 26.06.1948 die städtischen Wohnhausanlage auf dem Kienzerplatz in Floridsdorf in "Bieler-Hof" benannt.

Bürgermeister Theodor Körner nahm in Beisein des Stadtpräsidenten von Biel, Eduard Baumgartner,Otto Kunz, sowie zahlreicher Festgäste die Benennung vor.
English: This residential complex was built from the resources of the housing tax in the years 1926-1927 by the city of Vienna under Mayor Karl Seitz.
