Then well wetted, he roseinto a double-flowered peach tree and inhappiness finished his morning toilet. Itseemed a pity that there was but one ob-server of this dainty proceeding, but so itwas. A second record of the species was of afemale bird seen on May 26, 1905, and notremaining to a second day.
