Deutsch: Mietshaus in offener Bebauung mit Einfriedung in Bischofswerda, an der August-König-Straße; errichtet 1910; Wohnhaus mit schlichter Putzfassade und Mansarddach, durch Sanierungsarbeiten sind viele Gestaltungsdetails verlorengegangen, ursprüngliche Gliederung aber noch ablesbar, ursprünglich Sockelgeschoss Bruchstein, materialsichtig; Putzprofile als Betonung der straßenseitig zu jeweils einem Giebel hochgezogenen zwei seitlichen Achsen, dort auch gegen Putzhaut eingezogene, vertiefte, glatte Putzrahmen um die Fenster; straßenseitig Erdgeschoss-Loggia und erstes Obergeschoss überdachter Balkon und Fledermausgaupe; an den Seitenfronten hochgezogene, vorkragende drei Mittelachsen mit Ochsenauge im Giebelfeld, Mansardfenster; an der hofseitigen Rückfassade vorspringendes Treppenhaus, verschiedene Fensterformate, diese regelmäßig angeordnet, dabei Gliederung herkömmlich beibehalten, Mansardfenster, Fledermausgaupe. Die neueste Sanierungsabsicht will die ehemalige Fassadengestaltung wieder aufnehmen, beachte Umgebungsschutz zu benachbarten villenartigen Wohnhäusern, würde Straßenraum wesentlich aufwerten; straßenbildprägend von Bedeutung; Kulturdenkmal
