Description
Română: Biserica este ctitoria voievodului Petru Cercel dupa modelul bisericii mitropoliei din oras insa de dimensiuni mult mai mari fiind, la data constructiei, cea mai mare cladire religioasa din Tara Romaneasca. Pictura, pastrata si in zilele noastre, este realizata integral intre anii 1696-1698, in timpul domniei lui Constantin Brancoveanu, continand cea mai ampla galerie de portrete de domnitori munteni.
