English: The "cooling room" of Blount Mansion in Knoxville, in the U.S. state of Tennessee. This room was used to keep wine and perishable foods cool in the days before refrigeration. The mansion's east wing is in the foreground on the upper left. The Craighead-Jackson House is visible beyond the tree on the upper right, and part of a parking garage is visible beyond.
