Summary edit

Description
English: The kitchen at Blount Mansion in Knoxville, in the U.S. state of Tennessee. The kitchen, located behind the east wing of the mansion, was originally constructed at its present spot. Sometime in the 19th century, it was dismantled and rebuilt in a new rear-wing kitchen attached to the mansion. Archaeologists discovered the kitchen's original foundation in 1958, and the rear wing kitchen was again dismantled and reconstructed (using a design similar to Blount's office) atop the original foundation. The Tennessee River is visible through the treeline on the right.
