Description Folsom High School students race back to shore during the 5th Annual Folsom High School Boat Regatta competition at Lake Natoma in Folsom, Calif., March 23, 2012. Arianna Raymundo, Zeffy Ruvalcaba and Fiorella Fuentes of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District served as judges during the event, checking the design and construction of each student-built boat. Following the on-shore judging, the boats were put to the test on the cold waters of Lake Natoma, with students competing in drag and slalom races. (U.S. Army photo by Michael J. Nevins/Released)
