Wie das Nachbarhaus wird dieses Haus als Bremer Lagerhaus bezeichnet. Vermutlich handelt es sich um das ehemalige Kramergildehaus. Es wird heurte als Wohnhaus genutzt.
Das zweigeschossige, giebelständige Fachwerkhaus ist fünf Gefache breit. Es wurde 1624 errichtet, eine Renovierung fand 1995 statt. Die reich geschmückte Fassade mit dem rundbogigen Eingangstor ist gut erhalten. Die Brüstungsgefache der beiden Obergeschosse und des Dachgeschosses sind mit Tafeln verziert, die Beschlagwerk- und Rankendekor zeigen. Auch die Ständer, die Schwell- und Rähmbalken und die Füllhölzer weisen Verzierungen auf. Die Balkenköpfe unter dem Dachgeschoss sind als Masken gestaltet. Darüber, auf dem Schwellbalken, befindet sich folgende Inschrift:

ANNO 1624 DEN 19. JUNI · HAB · ICH · ERBAVET · DIES · HAVS · WER · GERECHTICHKEIT · VERLANGET · VND · SELBST · THVT · HAT · FVR · DEN · GROSEN . GEGULDE[N]
(Im Jahr 1624, am 18. Juni, habe ich dieses Haus erbaut. Wer Gerechtigkeit verlangt und selbst danach handelt, zählt zu den Großen.)
