Bomsadel i rödbrunt läder
Description
Svenska: Tillhört greve Johan August Meijerfelt (1725-1800?)
Säte, bommars insidor samt delvis deras utsidor av blå silkessammet med nedsydda flätade silverband (ca 4 mm breda) lagda i vinkel- och vågform. På främre bommens utsida, silverbanden lagda i öglemönster och sammeten kantad med silverlan (5 mm breda). Utmed sitsens nedre kanter och upp över bommarna samt runt sadelknappen en tvinnad silverfrans (25 mm bred).
Sadeltäcke, kåpor, fram- och bakbom av läder (svin?), med silverbroderier, på kåporna som fjälliknande mönster och utmed sadeltäckets kanter i form av vågmönster.
Sätets längd: 340 mm
Bakbommens höjd: 64 mm
Frambommens höjd: ca 55 mm
Vid bommarnas utsidor tännlikor av förgylld mässing. Vid den främre 25 st. större, och i sammetsfälten 42 mindre. Vid bakbommen 35 st. större. Vid främre valvet två järnöglor för pistolhölstrens fästande.
Framåtriktad sadelknapp av förgylld mässing (förgyllningen nu nästan borta) med trofégrupper.
Sadeltäcket fodrat med brunt läder.
Stomme av trä, överklädd med oblekt linnelärft. På stommens vardera sida tre läderstroppar och en stålkrampa för sadelgjordens resp. stigbyglarnas fastspännande.
Framtill hängare av brunt läder, nu avsliten på mitten. Vid främre valvet dessutom två spännen för förgjordens fastspännande.
Stommen nedstoppad i läderfickor i bossarna som på utsidan är av brunt läder och på insidan av vit, nu smutsad linnelärft. Kantade med brunsvart läder och fyllda med halm och boss.
Tredelad sadelgjord.
