Description
English: Bonanza (Packet, 1876-1884) Sidewheel packet boat, built in Madison, Indiana. Received machinery and boilers at Portsmouth, Ohio. Cincinnati-Portsmouth trade. Burned at Cincinnati along with the Morning Mail and Lily on 20 September 1884.

OFFICERS & CREW: Captain E. B. Moore (master, 1876); Duvall Young (clerk, 1876) went on to the new Bonanza when built.
