Description
English: In this installment of Tad Dorgan's "Bonehead Barry" strip, Barry makes a miniature aircraft in which to fly over the Hudson River. To celebrate, he sets off fireworks in mid-air, but destroys the aircraft and falls into the water.

"I'd rather be Wright than President" is an allusion to Orville and Wilbur Wright, and to Henry Clay, who said he would rather be right than President.
