This is a photo of a monument in Wallonia, number:

English: Bonne-Espérance Abbey, Vellereille-les-Brayeux (Belgium). Apparition of the Virgin Mary to Norbert of Xanten, one of the five scenes describing saint Norbert's life in the refectory of Bonne-Espérance abbey. This canvas was painted by Bernard Fromont (1715-1755) from Valenciennes, adapted from Corneille Galle's engravings (Vita sancti Norberti, 1622). (Height: 2.80 metre; width: 1.30 metre).
Français : Abbaye de Bonne-Espérance, Vellereille-les-Brayeux (Belgique). Apparition de la Vierge à Norbert, une des cinq scènes de la vie de Norbert de Xanten dans le réfectoire de l'abbaye. Cette toile à été peinte par Bernard Fromont (1715-1755) de Valenciennes, d'après des estampes de Corneille Galle (Vita sancti Norberti, 1622). (Hauteur : 2,80 m ; largeur : 1,30 m).
