Summary edit

Description

In 1972, Hector Boon's near neighbour Albert Wells bought a Seddon Pennine 4, MVX423J. A year later , he himself bought a brand new Seddon, this time a Pennine 6 ,immaculately turned out 5 years later in his cream and maroon livery with elegant signwriting. I have no recollection where this photo was taken. Somewhere near Chelmsford I suspect. This SEddon found further Essex ownership with Goodwin's Coaches of Rayne, Braintree. Goodwin had adopted a silver and light blue livery, adopted from an ex-Kirby of Rayleigh twin steer VAL which was an early vehicle in his fleet.

Later it was dumped at Earls Colne according to @Dumpie_Transport
