English: Visible satellite images and surface observations suggest that Boris has not moved much, but a large increase of convection near and south of the apparent center will continue to produce very heavy rainfall. These rains will cause life-threatening flash floods and mud slides over the mountainous regions of the Mexican states of Oaxaca, Chiapas, Veracruz and Tabasco over the next couple of days. This image was taken by GOES East at 1845Z on June 4, 2014. |
