Description PRESIDENTE MÉDICI EM PORTUGAL [em Lisboa, desembarca em aeroporto, visita o presidente Américo Thomás no Palácio de Belém e troca condecorações, visita o presidente do conselho de ministros, Marcelo Caetano e recebe cumprimentos do Corpo Diplomático no Palácio de Queluz, inaugura a exposição de arte sacra braileira na Fundação Calouste Gulbekian, participa de banquete no Palácio da Ajuda, assiste tourada de gala na Praça do Campo Pequeno e é recepcionado pela Câmara Municipal. Em Sintra, participa de almoço oferecido por Marcelo Caetano, no Palácio da Pena. No Porto acena para multidão no balcão da Câmara Municipal. Em Guimaraes, visita a custódia onde está guardado o coração de D. Pedro I. Em Santarém, é homenageado com almoço, assiste presentação de danças típicas e deposita uma coroa de flores no túmulo de Pedro Alvares Cabral, na igreja da Graça presentes a primeira-dama Scila Médici e os ministros João Leitão de Abreu e Mário Gibson Barbosa].
