Description
English: The inclined plane on Brendon Hill at Comberow Station on the West Somerset Mineral Railway, seen from the southwest. In the foreground is the 1866-built locomotive Pontypool with a train of two passenger coaches. Photograph probably taken in the 1860s,[1] possibly by Herbert H Hole who died in 1900. The image has been desaturated, slightly cropped, and minor damage removed.
