Description
English: Breton sundial on the rear wall of the Heritage Centre, Llandovery, Wales. It was a gift to the town from its Breton twin, Pluguffan, near Quimper. The motto means something like "Smile and the sun shines with you".
Thanks to Mr Edgar Jones, town councillor, for this information.
