English: Brick burr at Lower Halstow. Brick burrs are the mistakes of the brick-making industry. When the kiln gets too hot the bricks fuse together, often sagging out of shape in the process. It is quite common to find walls made from brick burrs 11855 in this area but here I think they have been used, dotted about on the verges of the estate, to show the origins of the site 115429 |
