English: Brunel's "Bowstring Bridge", Windsor. This was designed and built by Brunel in 1849, this viaduct runs single track from Slough to Windsor and other pictures feature the terminus at Windsor & Eton Royal and the shopping centre which takes up most of the building now in the square to the south. To the left of the bridge you can just make out a rather inferior bridge which l featured earlier..... 899234. by the way, the picture was taken from the top of the Royal Windsor Wheel. |
