English: Plaza del Congreso, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Called Monumento a los 2 Congresos, by Belgian architect Eugène D'Huicque/Eugène Dhuicque (1877-1955)[1]; sculptor Jules Lagae (1862-1931). Created in Brussels, finished there 1909, installed in Buenos Aires and inaugurated there on July 9, 1914.[2]
