Opracowany przez DLR napęd zapewnia mniejsze zużycie paliwa i mniejszy hałas generowany przez podwozie. Składa się on z dwóch wysokowydajnych silników elektrycznych zasilanych z ogniw paliwowych. English: DLR researchers have developed a fuel cell-powered electric nose wheel that will allow aircraft to save fuel while significantly reducing airport noise. The nose wheel drive system has already undergone successful tests in the laboratory, and comprises two highly efficient electric motors that are built into the rims of the aircraft’s nose wheel. |
