| Description |
English: Building site former South Devon College The white building across Barton Hill Road was owned by the former South Devon College, but under pressure from the Government agencies to maximise its use of space, this was sold off and bought by an employee of the College on the open market. The building now survives all the former College buildings on which very large sums of public money were spent. The College has been relocated to Paignton and the proceeds of this current housing development are part of its financial basis. |
