C 8392 ЛK C for Sofia. Purely Cyrillic letters are no longer possible on Bulgarian Vehicle Registrations - though C,for example or P are permitted and other letters common to both alphabets.

The Moskvich was assembled in Bulgaria between 1966 and 1990 at Lovech.
