For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Das Einzugsgebiet der Milchverwertung Düren mit ihrem Zweigbetrieb in Vettweiß erstreckt dich über den ganzen Kreis Düren. Derselben sind ungefähr 1800 Mitglieder bzw. Genossen angeschlossen. Insgesamt werden jährlich 36 Mill. kg. Milch, und zwar davon in dem Zweigbetrieb Vettweiß ca. 13. Mill. kg verarbeitet. Die anfallende Milch wird zu Trinkmilch lose, Flaschenmilch, Kakaotrunk, Joghurt, Buttermilch, Schlagsahne, Markenbutter, Tilsiter Markenkäse, Schichtkäse und verschiedenen Sorten Speisequark verarbeitet. |
