Die feierliche Grundsteinlegung der neuen Reichskanzlei in der Wilhelmstrasse in Berlin! Die feierliche Grundsteinlegung wurde durch den Reichspräsidenten von Hindenburg, Reichskanzler Dr. Marx sowie dem preussischen Ministerpräsidenten Dr. Braun am 18. Mai vollzogen. Reichspräsident von Hindenburg vollzieht die drei Hammerchläge. Hinter ihm stehend Reichskanzler Dr. Marx.
