For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
LPG Wartenberg, Mitglieder der LPG Zentralbild Krueger 23.4.1953 Berlins zweite Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaft Die am 18.4.1953 in Berlin-Wartenberg gegründeten Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaft "1. Mai" liefert bereits in dieser Woche Rhabarber und Radierschen für die Berliner Bevölkerung. Die Genossenschaftsbauern befassen sich besonders mit dem Anbau von Gemüse und verschiedensten Arten und betreiben nebenbei zur Erhöhung der Rentabilität des Betriebes Blumenzucht. 71 Landarbeiter und Gärtner gehören der 150 ha umfassenden Genossenschaft an. UBz: Voll Stolz und Vertrauen auf ihre eigene Kraft gehen die Mitglieder der jungen Produktionsgenossenschaft an die Arbeit, die uns beim Aufbau des Sozialismus einen Schritt weiter bringt.
