Sonneberg, Jugendweihe, Walter Ulbricht Zentralbild Bez. Red. Erfurt 29.9.1957 (Blumenthal) Quasch-Ho Walter Ulbricht in Sonneberg Zur Eröffnung des Jugendweihejahres sprach der Erste Stellvertreter des Vorsitzenden des Ministerrates, Walter Ulbricht, zu ca. 1000 Jugendlichen und deren Eltern im Gesellschaftshaus in Sonneberg-Thür. (Weiteres siehe ADN-Meldung vom 29.9.1957) UBz: Vor der Eröffnungsveranstaltung führte Walter Ulbricht eine Aussprache über Jugendweihefragen im kleineren Kreise durch. -Walter Ulbricht im Gespräch mit der Freundschaftsratsvorsitzenden der August-Babel-Schule Sonneberg, Brigitte Sommer, die 6 1-2 Wochen in einem Pionierlager in der SU weilte, und mit deren Eltern.
