For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild Ulmer 13.7.1958. V. Parteitag der SED vom 10. bis 16.7.1958 in der Werner-Seelenbinder-Halle, Berlin, 4. Tag: UBz: Zu einem imposanten Ausdruck des festen Bündnisses zwischen der Arbeiterklasse und der werktätigen Bauernschaft unter Führung der Partei der Arbeiterklasse gestaltete sich der Empfang einer Delegation aus der Land- und Forstwirtschaft. Genossenschaftsbäuerinnen überreichten in rote Tücher gebundene Maisbündel und der Sprecher der Delegation, Meisterbauer Erich Himmelreich tauschte mit den Mitgliedern des Präsidiums einen herzlichen Händedruck. Von links nach rechts: Walter Ulbricht, Erster Sekretär des ZK der SED, Ministerpräsident Otto Grotewohl, und Dung Bi-wu, Mitglied des Politbüros des ZK der KP Chinas. |
